Profile

Event operations professional moving an established skill set into football operations, with a focus on team travel and logistics, game day operations, and player and staff support.

My work has always been the part that keeps an operation running: run-of-show documents, production schedules, staffing plans, budgets, credentialing, licensing, and the vendor and venue partnerships behind them. I am currently earning an M.S. in Sport Management at the University of San Francisco and working UCLA home game days at the Rose Bowl.

Event Operations Consultant

Independent Consultant · Los Angeles, CA

  • Direct planning through execution for complex, high-budget private events across greater Los Angeles.
  • Coordinate hotels, venues, food and beverage teams, vendors, and onsite staff to client specifications.
  • Build run-of-show materials, timelines, production schedules, staffing plans, budgets, and contingency plans; serve as primary operational liaison for each event.

Event Operations Manager & Producer

  • Produced 20–30 private events annually, from planning and logistics through vendor coordination and post-event reconciliation.
  • Directed hotel, venue, and food and beverage partnerships, including BEO execution, room configurations, banquet timing, vendor load-in and load-out, staffing, and onsite changes.

  • Led concessions and merchandise operations for a three-day outdoor music festival.
  • Coordinated 20+ food and beverage vendors, 30 merchandise vendors, and roughly 80 volunteers across product development, procurement, inventory, and vendor partnerships.
  • Managed liquor licensing and regulatory compliance, partnered on festival budgeting and reconciliation, and served on the festival steering committee.
